Why Video Customer Service

Video has vast uses across our personal and business lives, with some really excellent tools out there to facilitate this.  However, in a customer service setting the current tools available do not lend themselves to seamlessly escalating a voice call, Webchat, IM or email to a video call.

During the pandemic, Confurr, a small Sheffield based software company was tasked by a number of NHS Trusts to build a solution for virtual outpatients.  This platform has evolved to a full video customer service platform that has a broad range of use cases, across different industry sectors.
