Who is Confurr?

Confurr is delighted to announce that North Tyneside Council has become finalists at the 2024 Northern Housing Awards, for use of the Confurr video surveying platform.

Confurr is a Sheffield based communications software company, founded during the pandemic when various NHS Trusts asked us to build a virtual outpatients platform to allow patients to have video appointments with clinicians.

Since then Confurr has evolved into a video customer service platform that augments existing omnichannel customer service systems with a powerful, yet very simple to use video capability.

We now have councils and other social housing providers using the Confurr for video surveying and triaging damp and mould, as well as other maintenance and out of hours emergency support requirements, where video offers a fast way to record, document and profile different cases.

Confurr is being used by British Sign Language provider Sign Solutions, which offers video relay services for those that use BSL as a first language, into many public sector and enterprise customer service centres.

The applications for Confurr in a customer service setting are varied; anywhere that video will complement the interaction is perfect.
